Proposed Rule on Fees – posted December 11, 2024
To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to gsearls@clear-ams.org with the subject line “Counseling Compact Rule Comment.” Public Comment must be received by January 12, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. No public comment will take place during the Full Commission Meeting.
Public Hearing: A public hearing on the Rule will be held if a hearing is requested by at least twenty-five (25)persons, A state or federal governmental subdivision or agency, or an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
