Chapter 9 Rule on Consistent Credentialing – posted June 3, 2026
The proposed text for Chapter 9 is out for public comment based on substantive changes made from previous public comment. The public comment period ends July 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.
To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to executivedirector@counselingcompact.gov with the subject line “Counseling Compact Rule Comment.”
Public Hearing: A public hearing on the Rule will be held if a hearing is requested by at least twenty-five (25)persons, A state or federal governmental subdivision or agency, or an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
